I had a lovely first experience with Terranora Vet Clinic last week when I took my puppy in for his 12 week vaccinations.
From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff, the clinic was modern, clean and calming.
Dr John the Vet was fantastic with Kylo, taking the time to ask about his general health and wellbeing before explaining the vaccination process and any signs to look for afterwards. John was friendly, professional and his care towards animals is very apparent.
It's important to me that Kylo has positive vet experiences (as much as possible) and we definitely received this from TVC.
